Guess who actually got to run calculations today?!
It was one of the most stressful processes that I've gone through, though learning QM last year definitely beats out Molecular Dynamics. From the calcualtions ran at 290K, 300K, and 310K, I got a dumpfile that I can view in VMD of my system moving at that temperature, and the MSD's, though we aren't sure how to extract them yet.
