Hello everyone. So yesterday I learned about buffers and what goes into making one. I also learned about macromolecular crowding and why it's important to study.
Today I finally started practicing some simple lab procedures. I also shadowed my co-mentor and observed how she goes about doing her experiments.
Tomorrow I will probably actually make a buffer in the lab so it should be fun.
