July 15, Summary

     I started on the blog challenge when I came in today by taking a few pictures on the other SEED students.  That's all I did for the blog challenge and I plan on working on it tomorrow.  Like the usually, I worked on my presentation after my lab group meeting and lunch.  But I also had the time to learn more about Terminal and its linux commands.  Then I finally got to run my other CHARMM files for para-fluorobenzamidine.  I ran the the first three steps and now I'm having it run step 4.pbs files tonight.  Tomorrow I will be running step 5 files if nothing went wrong and that would mean I would have to wait for two long simulations before I get to do anything.
