July 14, Summary
I learn even more about LaTeX today when I was still adding on to my beamer. I watched a video on how to use the tikz package. It's a way to make blocks or other shapes into you presentation and it is more organize than powerpoint. However, as always, it is more complex and require many commands to place them where you want them. I also finally was able to run my step 5.1 files for CHARMM. Scott was able to resolve the error it was giving and now running the files will take a long time because it will run 11 times before it is finished for better accuracy. So all I can do now is wait while working on my presentation and it will probably be a lot of waiting.
