July 11, Summary
Today I grabbed a better understanding on my presentation when I started working on it this morning. I added the thermodynamic cycle and listed what it was about as well as a table about the free energies of other ligands binding to the trypsin. I learned that the delta delta G is the difference of binding free energy between my two ligands to determine whether one ligand binds better than the other. I also fixed some minor errors that I caught while looking over my beamer. I now have a general idea on what and how to present my beamer after organizing it all day. I just have to make sure that it is perfect by the time I next present it.
