7/17/14 Summary Cheyeanne Perez
This morning I read a couple papers on how to check if my mutations were added correctly. I still don't fully understand it but I planned on asking a lot of questions tomorrow. After I read we had a SEED meeting and we all helped each other fix the mistakes and learn to how to explain things better. Then we went to lunch and ate like normally. Then when we got back I really didn't do much, I talked to my lab group and they said time wise it would be better if I continue on Monday. So tomorrow I have to have my mentor tell me the next steps in the lab, and have him go over my power point with me so we can fix any mistakes there are.
