7/10/14 Summary Cheyeanne Perez

               Yesterday I read a lot of papers online. I didn't really understand what mutations were at first. But now that I read papers I understand them better. I'm still not very confident with how to add mutations to the recombinant DNA but i think i will understand it better when they explain it to me. After lunch I went to my lab  and helped Shelby preform a maxi prep.
