After analyzing the alanine scanning which I've performed on the VDR and 2MD binding, I've determined which amino acids have proven its importance in its role between the two interaction. Only a few changes were beneficial to the interaction but a majority of it weakened the bind between the ligand and receptor. I continued my reading after and get as far as could. Then I started the alanine scanning process again but this time with a 2Mbisp ligand and VDR. On Monday I probably will do the same what I did with the first protein model...analyze...and...identify...any changes between the bond of the ligand and receptor...
