Today I just set up everything for tomarrow. I made eight different batches of the peptide AGG. Each of those has a different modifier attached to the peptide. They have to sit overnight to have the solution properly mix together. Tomorrow, I will put each batch of AGG in the mass spectrometer and compare their fragmentation with each other as well as with Sal AGG, which I made last week, as well as the unmodified AGG. I also measured five different metals that had to be put in 125 ml of water. Those also have to sit overnight.
