6.18.15 Jeramiah Jones

Today i got my chromatography results and plotted them on a chart and graph. I noticed that my that my graph from today compared to the old chromatography results the standards kept shifting on the graph. i talked to Dr.Basu and told him about the problem. He told me to the pH of both of the standard solutions. i took their pH and found that they were different which tells my the pH could be that problem but, another conclusion to why their not similar is that the I.C system isn't at equilibrium when analyzing the standards. Now i have to run the samples again to make sure that the system is constant if not we're gonna have to use buffers to adjust the pH lvl of the standard solutions.
